             Stay tune too the new Web Link: POST EVENTS 08 for all the new events that Post 3383 will be having in 08. Camp outs, Dances and other fun activities to come.

            Akron Battalion Sea Cadets will be having their February Drill here at the Post on Feb 2nd and 3rd 2008.They will be working on some activities for our Camp out and Fishing tournament ( May 30, 31, and June 1, 2008).

             Volunteers will be needed in January when dinners resume. Also, volunteers are needed Wednesday and Friday mornings for set up, and afternoons when dinners are served. Come on in and join the fun.

             Canteen Extra:

Sandwiches/ Snacks will be served in the Canteen on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays, from 2:00 pm Until ??? Drop in for a late Lunch.

             Don’t forget the Ladies Aux. Will be collecting comfort items for our Troops. Also OLD CELL PHONES.

              Remember we need to think about new membership this year. Our goal is to reach out to the Veterans that are coming home from overseas. Please help with this goal.

 

Ladies Auxiliary Annual Cancer Card Party

 

Thursday, March 13th, 2008. Tickets are $5.00 per person.

Doors open @ 5:00 p.m .Ticket includes admission, salad, supper, door prizes. Raffle tickets for Shamrock Lottery, Wagon Load of Cheers and main table items will be available.

Tickets available in the canteen or the Wednesday and Friday Dinners. Get your friends together and join us for an evening of fun. All proceeds go to our Cancer Aid & Research Programs

 

           We also need your help on new ideas to raise money for the post and programs. Send ideas to Mrkross@aol.com or in the box in the canteen.
